How To Book
Option 1: Telephone
Telephone us on +44 (0)7712 875476 or +33 (0)4 79 400562 and we
will discuss your booking. You can provisionally reserve the chalet
for a specified week. This reservation will remain valid for 7 days,
confirmed when we receive your completed booking form and deposit
Option 2: e-Mail
E-mail us at chris@skibrev.com.
You can provisionally reserve the chalet for a specified week.
Option 3: Fax
Fax the completed booking form to us on +33 (0)4 79 400568 and we
will hold a provisional booking (subject to availability) for you
for 7 days until your deposit cheque arrives.

Terms & Conditions
Introduction:
SkiBrev is the trading name for Chalet La Sache. SkiBrev provides
accommodation and food to guests in its own chalet in Tignes Les
Brevieres.
Our Prices Do Not Include
1. The cost of travel to and from resort
2. Holiday insurance
3. Lift pass, equipment hire or ski lessons
No Smoking
Chalet La Sache is a no smoking chalet. Smokers are still welcome
but they will be asked to smoke outside
Deposits & Bookings
A deposit of £100 per person will be required to secure the
booking. Deposits and booking forms should be returned within 7
working days of initial telephone provisional booking. Provisional
bookings will be cancelled should deposits not be received within
the above stated time span. Binding confirmation of the booking
can only be made upon receipt of the appropriate deposit per head.
Should any booking be unacceptable to SkiBrev for whatever reason
deposits will be returned as soon as possible.
Payments
Full payment less any deposit pre-paid must be paid a minimum of
12 weeks before arrival date stated on booking form of the person
signing the booking form. The client who signed the booking form
shall be liable for all those persons to whom the form applied.
This procedure guarantees the booking. A final invoice will be sent
in good time before the stated 8 week time span commences.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing by the person who signed
the booking form. Cancel more than 12 weeks before arrival date
- forfeit deposit(s). Cancel within 12 weeks - forfeit 50% of total
cost. Cancel within 6 weeks - forfeit 100% of total cost.
SkiBrev Liability
We accept responsibility for ensuring that the accommodation, which
you book with us is supplied as described in our brochure and website,
and the services offered reach a reasonable standard.
Client Liability
SkiBrev shall be entitled to recover from the client the cost of
any damage caused to Chalet La Sache by the client.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible at all times for their own personal documents,
baggage and ski or other equipment whether hired or owned. We accept
no liability whatever for theft or misplacement of any item.
Personal Injury
We shall not be liable for any personal injury to any person or
client, whether of a physical or mental nature in connection with
SkiBrev or Chalet La Sache. Clients travelling by independent means
shall be responsible for their own safety.
Insurance
All guests MUST be in possession of valid travel insurance to stay
at Chalet La Sache.
No Surcharges
Once your holiday has been booked its price will not change even
if the value of Sterling falls. However we do reserve the right
to amend our prices at any time before you book. You will be advised
of any revised price before you book.
Travel
We accept no responsibility for delay or cancellation to travel
arrangements to and from resort.
Weather Conditions
We cannot be held responsible for any consequences of adverse weather
conditions or other circumstances amounting to 'force majeure'.
Damage Deposit
We reserve the right to levy a damage deposit in certain circumstances
prior to arrival in resort.
