Food & Wine

The food and wine we offer is lovely and dining at Chalet La Sache is always a big part of overall experience. Our chalet Chef provides a blended menu of traditional and modern styles, providing sumptuous fare to match the stylish nature of the Chalet. We are certain that you will enjoy the cuisine. If you have any special requests please do discuss with us in advance.

Breakfast: Your day at Chalet La Sache starts with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and a range of breakfast options to suit all lifestyles; ranging from, for example:
– muesli,
– yoghurt,
– cereals,
– eggs benedict,
– or a full traditional cooked English breakfast

Fresh fruit is available and there are always plenty of croissants, pain au chocolats and baguettes. For morning re-hydration, orange & apple juice, coffee and English tea is available

Dinner: This is the highlight of the day, a four course menu, which consists of starter, main, dessert prepared by our chef. The meal is followed by fresh coffee and a selection of local cheeses served in front of the fire.

Table Wines: We have taken great care in selecting a range of table wines to accompany your meal. We have found that our selection more that satisfies the vast majority of palates.

Champagne: Champagne reception on arrival.

Afternoon Tea: On your return from the slopes, warm your toes by the log fire and help yourselves to home-made cake (containing gluten and diary), freshly brewed coffee, tea or hot chocolate. As an interesting alternative, freshly made Crepes may be on offer during your stay.

Daily Aperitifs: There is a free bar in the Library providing a selection of branded spirits, beer, wine and mixers, plus ice and lemon etc.
